Our main proxy service has never been interrupted, even if some nodes are unavailable, members cannot pay, or even the website cannot be opened. We have been operating for more than 6 years without interruption for a second. This is due to our confidence in technology and our self-developed security protocol.

If only specific websites or certain parts of the internet are inaccessible, it might be because those sites are not included in the proxy rules. Please add the rules or switch the app to global mode.
Check if the firewall is blocking network access.
Ensure no other VPN or proxy software is running; if so, exit those programs.
Verify if your browser has enabled blocking plugins or has a separate proxy configuration. Try switching to a different browser for testing.
It could be a temporary issue with the selected node. Try changing to a different node. If the issue persists, check your network connection and settings.
If the app is running in automatic mode, the website might not be included in the proxy rules. Please add the rules or switch the app to global mode.
If the app is running in global mode, the website might be inaccessible, or the server node in use may be experiencing an issue. Please try again later or switch to a different node and retry.

Keep the gaming console and the Mac device on the same local network. Open “Red Star Accelerator” on the Mac, enable sharing in the app settings, and run it. Note the proxy IP and port displayed on the control panel—the part before the colon is the IP address, and the part after the colon is the port number.
In the network settings of the gaming console, locate the proxy settings and configure the HTTP proxy. Enter the IP address in the server field and the port number in the port field. Save the settings, and you’re good to go.
Download and install the latest version, with version 1.1.7 or above recommended.
Method 1: Download the Telegram Lite version from the App Store, which can be used directly (with Red Star Accelerator’s default settings).
Method 2: If using the standard Telegram version, add a SOCKS5 proxy in Telegram’s proxy settings:
• Proxy: 127.0.0.1
• Port: 1080 (Red Star Accelerator’s default settings).
It is recommended to switch to global mode.
In the terminal window, type and execute the following command:
export https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:2022 http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:2022 all_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:1080
If the port numbers have been customized, modify the port numbers in the above command accordingly.
Each of our nodes consists of dozens or even hundreds of independent servers. The app intelligently allocates different server groups to each user. Once the initial allocation is complete, it typically remains stable and does not change, ensuring the security of your proxy usage.
Choose an appropriate route, which depends on your network environment. It is recommended to select a VIP route.
Internet speed depends on your current network’s speed and congestion level. For instance, speed may be slower in the evening compared to daytime due to network congestion in your area.
All our servers are on backbone networks, with a large number of servers supporting each node. Additionally, each server has a user limit. When the limit is reached, new servers are added immediately.
On the user login page, click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the prompts to complete the process. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
